Our terms and conditions are simple- Your satisfaction is 100% Guaranteed!
If one of our products does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately.
As soon as we are aware of the problem, we will do everything we can to correct it (but you have to let us know).
We know your time is valuable so we promise we won't drag our feet.
If the problem can't be fixed, we ask that you return the product for exchange or for a full refund of the purchase price (the choice is YOURS). Shipping & Handling charges will not be credited as UPS still charges us whether you ordered the correct product or not.
Shipping
PaymentStuff.com will ALWAYS attempt to ship your order the same business day it is placed. At the same time, any orders placed after 3:00 pm Central time may not make that days shipments and will go out the following day. Any orders placed on holidays or weekends will be shipped the following business day. To confirm when your order will be shipped, please e-mail or call us.
PaymentStuff.com's terms and conditions are so generous that we must put some minor restrictions on returns:

Please return all products in original packaging.
Please include all cables, cords, attachments, accessories, manuals, or anything else that was in the box. The retail price of any items missing from the original packaging will be deducted from the refund amount. Any item not returned in the original packaging will incur a 25% restocking fee.

If it has been kicked, dropped, drop-kicked, burned, flooded, or fried, its yours to keep!

For full refund, you must notify us of the problem within 30 days of your receipt and the product must arrive back to us within 45 days of your receipt.

Finally, if you are satisfied with the service you receive from PaymentStuff.com, please refer us to a friend who might benefit from what we offer.

PaymentStuff.com will ship units being exchanged within 2 business days after out receipt of original unit.
